Dr. Audris Siow is a
dynamic business development and strategy leader with 15+ years of experience in
sales and revenue generation across the financial services sector, with
particular focus in electronic and algorithmic trading, regulatory technology,
and trade surveillance. She has significant international industry experience
dealing with institutional asset and fund managers, broker dealers, and bank
partners within the electronic trading domain.
Before joining
Talos, Audris was most recently Head of Institutional Broker Sales at Virtu ITG
Europe. Prior to that, she focused on growing Investment Technology Group
(ITG)'s electronic trading franchise across Europe. Audris started her career
with fintech firm Smarts Group (then later part of NASDAQ) as one of the early
adopters of the practice of real-time surveillance. She led the business to
build out a world-class market surveillance software tool (SMARTS) for
regulators, exchanges and financial institutions globally.
Audris holds a Ph.D.
in Finance (with a full scholarship from the CMCRC-RoZetta Institute) and is a
subject matter expert in the area of market integrity and trade surveillance.
An avid champion of female leaders in the finance and technology space, Audris
is an active member on several Fintech Women's networks across Europe and
globally. Most recently, Audris was co-founder and chair of ITG Europe Women's
Network as well as part of Virtu's DE&I Committee Mentoring Program.
