Fraser has extensive experience dealing with asset managers, brokers, corporate finance houses and private equity funds. Fraser has dealt with a number of newly licensed financial institutions, helping them build their compliance frameworks as well as assisting multinational corporations. Where they have established their compliance frameworks and policies, he provides clients with up-to-date information on the ever-changing regulatory landscape. Fraser has also been involved in health checks and live inspections with the SFC. Prior to joining ComplianceAsia, Fraser worked at a FTSE 100 wealth management company where he was a Financial Planner. Fraser holds an MSc in Finance and Management.
